Contractors Co-Op, LLC is a group of craftsman that are all members (owners) of the company, therefore, we have a vested interest in making sure that everything is done right each time, every time in accordance with the highest standards in the construction industry.
We are a commercial and residential contractor specializing in finish carpentry, countertops, flooring, millwork, interior/exterior paint and tile. We facilitate open lines of communication and believe you deserve professionals on every job. We go out of our way to ensure your satisfaction.
Finish trades are a very important factor in the building process since this is what people see and they show not only the type and quality of the craftsmanship, but also the overall aesthetic value of the project. With aesthetic value being paramount for the finished product, the coordination of all finish trades during construction is also of high importance. Due to this importance, we started Contractors Co-Op, LLC to provide all the finish trades under one umbrella because we believe it is easier to talk to one person about multiple trades than to talk and schedule multiple people in all the finish trades.

We also do our best to improve our environment, therefore, we use green techniques and products in our regular course of production. We are not fanatical about being green but we believe that our environment needs to be treated with respect

We provide services to the Greater Seattle area in Washington State. We provide services in Seattle, Kent, Renton, Auburn, Enumclaw, Black Diamond, Bellevue, Kirkland, Redmond, Woodinville, Bothell, Lynnwood, Everett, Marysville, Mercer Island, Mukilteo, Issaquah and their surrounding areas.

Omar Rodriquez/Owner-Member is our Painting Superintendant and has been in the trades for over 15 years, both owning his own painting business and working for several contractors. He brings a level of knowledge to production and painting that is straight forward, simple and well thought out.
Andy Ryan leads the carpentry division. He has been involved in the building industry for over 15 years. Both as a carpenter and as a manager and business owner. He has the ability to help you maximize the potential for all of your projects. Whether it’s a small update to your bathroom or an entire home remodel. He understands the attention to detail, that delivering a quality finished product demands.
